1. Nationality

Non-local students (those who do not have French nationality) are eligible to apply for this scholarship programme. This scholarship programme is exclusively available to non-French nationals. This scholarship programme is also ineligible for dual nationality students.

The maximum age restriction for a Masters degree is 30 years; students born after March 1989 are eligible for the programme. Students aged up to 35 years old are also eligible for PhD programmes. The stipend for a Masters degree is €2,362 per year for one to three years, which comprises €1,181 in monthly allowance, €1,031 in maintenance allowance, and €150 in supplementary stipend. PhD students can also get a monthly allowance of €1,140 for a duration of one year. The Eiffel Scholarships programme provides a stipend for a variety of expenditures such as round-trip flying tickets, health insurance, local and national transportation, and cultural events.
